Can I get a refund if my runner doesn't complete my errands?

Yes. If a runner fails to complete an errand through no fault of your own, we will refund the run fee for that stop and often the full run. We stand behind every run with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

What if my runner spends more than my purchase limit?

They can't — it's technically enforced. Our ErrandJoy payment card is pre-loaded with exactly the limit you set per stop. If an item costs more, the runner will contact you via in-app chat before purchasing.

Does the $79/month plan auto-renew?

Yes, like any subscription. But we send you a reminder email 7 days before every renewal. You can cancel anytime in your account settings — no calls, no forms, one click.

Can I pause my monthly plan if I go on vacation?

Yes! Monthly members can pause for up to 30 days per year. Your billing pauses and your runs carry over to when you return.

Is the tip really optional?

Yes, completely optional. But our runners are real people who work hard, and tips are 100% passed through to them — ErrandJoy takes nothing. The average tip is $5–$10 per run.

Do you charge more in certain cities?

Currently, our pricing is consistent across all markets. In very high cost-of-living cities (e.g., NYC, San Francisco), there may eventually be a small market surcharge, but we will notify all customers 30 days in advance.
